Upon joining the company as a developer, there are many career routes available to you - from technical management to more customer-facing solutions architect roles and if you want to stay purely technical, that is OK too - there are ever more challenging technical roles to progress into. Developers have also gone on to become involved in project management and sales roles. What's more, we almost always promote from within - four of the directors and even the CTO himself joined the company as developers.

We have just moved in to new offices in Chiswick Park which have been custom designed for us with a heavy emphasis on the needs of developers - this means onsite catering facilities, ergonomically designed workstations and large recreation areas incorporating table tennis, pool, table football, Wii and PS3 consoles for relaxation. Employees also enjoy free fruit and regular team lunches and there is also a fully equipped on-site gym and swimming pool. We're Sociable
OpenBet is a young, sociable company. The atmosphere in the office is casual - we wear what we want and work flexible hours - provided (of course) that the work gets done to an excellent standard. We enjoy regular trips to the pub, and there are social activities including five-a-side football. We also have lavish Christmas and Summer Parties. Rigorous Training
You do not have to have studied computer science to work here - we have plenty of successful employees who have degrees in Maths, Chemistry, Engineering and (much more rarely!) the odd gifted Classics student.
All new recruits have at least three weeks of classroom based training to go over the basics of our software and the technologies that we use. From there, it is straight onto the fast track by learning on the job. We also offer regular seminars on a number of technological topics and various training courses for new joiners.
